John Bulinski, Caltrans District 7 Director, provided a future outlook of transportation in our region. He oversees 2,800 employees who are responsible for planning, designing, constructing, maintaining and operating nearly 1,500 miles of freeways and highways across Los Angeles and Ventura counties.
