WTS is an international organization dedicated to building the future of transportation through the global advancement of women. With over 8,500 members (including both women and men), 60+ professional chapters and 20+ student chapters, WTS is turning the glass ceiling into a career portal through its professional programs, networking opportunities, and unparalleled access to industry and government leaders. The WTS network extends beyond over 40,000 transportation professionals throughout the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
To further our mission, WTS-OC has adopted a set of Standards of Professional Conduct to create a supportive and welcoming environment for transportation professionals in all stages of their careers.
