Recently appointed as the Caltrans District 12 Director in January 2024, Lan brings with her a wealth of expertise and knowledge on Orange County’s transportation landscape from her 11-year tenure as the Deputy District 12 Director of Planning & Local Assistance. During the reception, Lan will share Caltrans District 12’s focus and key initiatives for 2024.
