WTS-OC was pleased to partner with the American Society of Civil Engineers' Construction Institute Summit to share new developments and innovative practices in the construction industry!
WTS-OC hosted a panel of prominent women who are leaders in the construction industry to discuss skills and qualifications, careers and advancement, industry trends and advocacy for women. The panelists also provided insights on leadership for the future and examined challenges faced by women in construction and how they overcame them.
