WTS ORANGE COUNTY

May 12, 2023 was WTS-OC's second (and last) Mentee Workshop of the 2022/2023 Term.

 

One of the many great benefits of being a WTS OC Chapter member is the opportunity to participate in our Mentorship Program as either a mentor or mentee. Our program is thoughtfully designed to give our mentees in particular the opportunity to meet with and hear from A-list industry professionals in a more intimate, informal setting than they might otherwise experience while networking in the traditional sense. Recently, our WTS OC mentees had the pleasure of hearing from Christina Byrne, Public Outreach Department Manager at Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA). Christina spoke to the ways that hustle and heart have set her apart as she strives to pay it forward by sharing some of the secrets to her success. Attendees to this special program heard Christina’s take on leadership and communication, with tangible tips on how to authentically enhance your personal brand to become someone that everyone wants on their team.
