OC Public Works Director Shane Silsby provided an overview of OC Public Works' seven-year Capital Improvement Program of road, flood control and bikeway projects, totaling $927 million.

In his role as Director of OCPW, Shane is charged with implementing the department's mission of protecting and enriching the community through efficient delivery and maintenance of public works infrastructure, planning and development services. OCPW executes these services with the resources of a $465 million annual budget and more than 900 positions.
